Properties and Applications:red orange. Melting point 206 ℃ (from acetic acid crystallization in the red brown crystal). Soluble in hot ethanol for yellow orange. In concentrated sulfuric acid for cherry red, orange precipitation after dilution. Dye ethanol solution to join hydrochloric acid is red; Add sodium hydroxide don’t change color.
