Properties and Applications:slightly soluble in water, ethanol, ether and acetone. In concentrated sulfuric acid for brown, diluted solution for pink; In concentrated hydrochloric acid and concentrated nitric acid are for pink solution; In 10% naoh solution for yellow (not completely dissolved).
